Responsibilities

Provide Expert Advice : Deliver direct advisory services to clients and guide them through complex workplace relations matters, always striving for excellence in service delivery.

Deliver Insights : Provide clients with knowledge to navigate workplace regulations and ensure compliance, helping them succeed and grow.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a similar role, including HR or workplace relations advisors, with :

A Commercial Mindset : Practical advice, written and verbal, focused on helping businesses succeed.

Tech-Savvy & Client-Focused : Strong PC usage skills, thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, collaborative.

Driven & Self-Motivated : Passion for continuous improvement, results, and living Peninsula values of excellence and accountability.

A solid understanding of employment legislation and best practices in employment relations.
