Assistant HR Advisor

Overview

Two permanent full-time roles available. We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant HR Adviser to join our MyHR Services team. This is a great opportunity to build your HR career in a fast-paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for managers seeking advice on HR policies, processes, and tools.
• Provide clear, consistent guidance and administrative support across employment documentation and data processing.
• Assist in supporting the rollout of new HR initiatives—from Change Initiatives, new Employment Agreements and other people programmes.

Qualifications

Salary

Salary range : $60,879 - $72,999 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.
