Job descriptionAnalyse business needs and deliver outcome-focused solutions Design, build, and maintain secure, high-performance software Share knowledge and mentor team members Collaborate in Agile teams to shape product development Develop REST APIs and manage databases for operational and analytical use Write clean, well-documented code and conduct thorough testing Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to documentation Review code and processes to ensure quality Deploy changes via CI / CD and keep stakeholders informed Ability to learn Experience in software development, bonus points for Agile, CI / CD, and AI-assisted development Skills in back-end (PHP or .NET), front-end (HTML / CSS / JS), and SQL Familiarity with cloud services and git Excellent communication skills Join a respected global brand with deep roots in NZ agriculture. This hybrid role offers three days in-office and two remote, plus benefits like income protection and family health insurance. Our office will relocate to Matangi in early 2026. Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

About the Role We’re looking for versatile software developers to help deliver robust, scalable software that supports key business outcomes. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to build and maintain systems that integrate with New Zealand’s dairy industry standards.
