OverviewDuroweld is a fast expanding New Zealand owned Company specializing in Welders, Welding equipment, Hardbanding and Hardfacing solutions to the Australasian market.We are looking for a computer savvy, Dispatch Coordinator to ensure our day-to-day operations function seamlessly.

In this role, you'll collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing and Repairs, so teamwork skills are important.The role is full time 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.Dispatch Coordinator ResponsibilitiesPicking, packing, and dispatching ordersProcessing inwards goodsEfficiently and safely loading and unloading containers and trucks using a forkliftQuality control checksStacking pallets on shelving unitsDeliveries to customersQuarterly stocktakingGeneral warehouse dutiesMaintaining inwards and outwards goods records using AccredoTake the responsibility of an Authorised Person (AP) for MPI to Devann containersEffectively receipt and dispatch goods checking for damage and discrepanciesProcess and invoice ordersFill Gas and process gas ordersDispatch Coordinator RequirementsValid forklift licenseThorough with good attention to detailSelf-motivated and proactivePhysically able (heavy lifting involved)Keen attitude to learn and get involvedAbility to work autonomouslyExcellent spoken and written English, with good computer skillsEnsure high levels of customer's satisfaction through excellent serviceDesired skillsWelding experienceForklift licence with high reach and counterbalance experienceMinimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and operating a forkliftStrong numerical skillsThe ability to effectively problem solveAble to work with minimal supervision and to prioritise & organise tasksA strong safety focusTo be successful in this roleYou will have a strong work ethic, high attention to detail and be a team player.
