We are on the hunt for a Flat deck / Container dispatcher to join our lively crew in the world of transport, storage and distribution based at our Head Office in New Plymouth.

This is not your average desk job, we need someone who can juggle like a pro.

Multitasking is your superpower.

Don't panic though, we don't expect this all on day one, we will give you a minute or so!

Responsibilities

Planning the day to day operational movements of our flat deck and container team.

Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients on a daily basis.

Ensuring that our vehicles are operating productively and efficiently but optimising routes and schedules.

Managing relevant documentation to ensure movements are captured within our TMS.

What We're Looking For

Experience in Transport and Logistics – This is not an entry level position.

Great communication skills – written, verbal, and everything in between.

Confidence, empathy, and good judgement – someone who genuinely wants to do right by the team and the business.

A team player who thrives in an open-plan office with a bit of banter.

Ability to prioritise, stay organised, and keep calm when things go sideways.
