Intermediate Designer

With a large increase in workload over the past three months, we require an experienced designer to join our small, friendly team.

The successful candidate must be able to start immediately and hit the ground running for a 2-3-month contract based at our modern office in Tauriko.

With continued workload at current levels, this role could become permanent.

The role requires working from our office in Tauranga; remote work is not suitable for this position.

Ideally, you will be proficient in using Archicad and have a minimum of two years' experience with consent drawings and documentation for building consent applications, covering the entire project from start to finish.

You should also be able to work autonomously most of the time.

Our projects include tiny homes, group housing, high-end residential new builds, renovations, light commercial projects, and alternative building systems.
