E-Marketing Specialist

We are a well-established supermarket serving customers in Napier New Zealand, and we are expanding our digital presence to meet growing demand for online shopping.

We are currently looking for a passionate and creative E-Marketing Specialist to join our team and help boost our online store traffic, customer engagement, and digital sales.Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to promote our supermarket website and online shopping services
• Manage digital content across platforms (website, social media, EDM newsletters, promotions)
• Create engaging product promotions, banners, and weekly online campaigns
• Analyse marketing performance and optimize campaigns for better conversion and ROI
• Improve website visibility using SEO / SEM strategies
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to promote special offers and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor online customer behaviour and enhance user experience
• Manage Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads or other paid campaigns
