The role of FSSO is to provide a customer service for our Front Counter based in Auckland.
Every day you will be dealing with challenging situations which will need to be approached with professionalism, respect, empathy and in a positive manner.
You will be welcoming customers into the station and ensuring their enquiries are understood and handled appropriately.
The role requires someone with excellent customer focus, be part of a high performing team and attention to detail with a can-do attitude.
The role of an FSSO provides operational and administrational support to Police which includes but is not limited to, front counter customer service, data entry, use of Police systems, typing and file management.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work hard in a team environment.
Providing administrative and practical support to other workgroups within the New Zealand Police.
Computer skills and ability to learn new systems and applications.

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $69,337 and $72,430 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
