We're looking for someone early in their career, perhaps a recent graduate or someone with a few years\' experience, who's ready to make their mark in construction. You don't need to know everything yet - what matters most is your writing ability, your curiosity, and your drive to learn.

The opportunity

This is your chance to bring creativity and precision together, producing high-quality bid documentation and submissions that stand out.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys collaboration, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.

What you\'ll do

• Help craft compelling bids and submissions for projects ranging from $10m to much larger
• Use your writing skills to tell the story of why Naylor Love is the right choice for our clients
• Explore new tools and approaches (including AI) to keep us sharp and innovative
• Collaborate closely with our experienced preconstruction and project teams
• What we\'re looking for :
• Strong written communication skills - you enjoy writing and know how to make it clear and engaging
• A quick learner who picks things up fast and enjoys problem-solving
• Someone curious, adaptable, and open to shaping the role as they grow
• Previous experience or internships (construction, communications, or related fields) are great, but not essential
