The CadetshipBecome a WSP Cadet, and you will be supported to achieve a New Zealand Diploma in Civil Engineering while gaining practical work experience on a range of projects throughout our business.About WSP As the premier design, engineering and environmental consultancy in Aotearoa New Zealand, WSP exists to future-proof our cities and environment.
We are proud to have the blueprint of Aotearoa New Zealand in our DNA and our expert professionals in 35 offices are united by the common purpose of creating positive, long-lasting impacts on the communities we serve.The Cadetship Our Cadet roles are ideally suited to someone either finishing their school studies or with workforce experience wanting to retrain, who is practically minded, interested in engineering or surveying, and has a get-the-job-done approach.The successful candidates will work full-time in a permanent role and study part-time towards a New Zealand Diploma (Level 6) in Civil Engineering.
A Cadet role will lead into a career as a Technician with multiple pathways to choose from, including draughting, Revit, surveying, contract management and more.What's in it for me?
