Our Maintenance team is a key factor in ensuring guests have a comfortable room to go back to after a day of exploring the unique outdoor environment or to simply relax in a peaceful and beautiful part of the world.

We are looking for a Painter to help maintain the interiors and exteriors throughout our 250 guest rooms in the Hermitage complex, along with our 150 staff accommodation rooms, as well as the surrounding support buildings and grounds. This is a varied and fast-paced role with a mix of proactive and reactive work, in a fun and enthusiastic team, and a location like no other.

What you will be doing

• Internal & external painting, completing to a high-quality finish across hotel, lodge, motels, and staff accommodations to meet hotel standards.
• Applying your knowledge of different paints, solvents, adhesives, as well as different types of wall hanging papers and vinyl to ensure the best results are delivered for interiors and exteriors.
• Operating and maintaining all tools and machinery as outlined in department SOPs.
• Planning and prioritizing jobs to ensure time limits are met.
• Ensuring a high standard of health, safety, and hygiene is maintained.
• Carrying out any other general maintenance duties as directed.
