As DevOps Engineer, you'll be the one who makes it all run.
From CI / CD pipelines and automation to cloud optimisation and AI-driven efficiency, your work will directly enable engineers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver faster, smarter, and more reliable solutions.
This isn't a "keep the lights on" role, it's a chance to shape the culture, drive innovation, and experiment with how DevOps and AI come together.
What you'll be doing
Designing, building, and optimising CI / CD pipelines to support advanced analytics and GenAI models.
Embedding FinOps and security best practices across Azure and Databricks platforms.
Introducing AI-driven monitoring and automation to push efficiency further.
Partnering with engineers, data scientists, architects, and business teams to deliver real outcomes.
Championing continuous improvement in how we develop, deploy, and scale AI.
What we're looking for
Proven DevOps / SRE experience in cloud environments (Azure essential, Databricks a bonus).
Strong track record with CI / CD, automation, RBAC / ABAC, monitoring tools.
Scripting / programming in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
Curiosity, hunger to learn, and drive to change how things are done.
A collaborative mindset – you'll work across engineers, data scientists, and architects.
