Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
Assist customers with timber and building product knowledge.
Support stock handling and display of products in the TRADE Department.
Assist with general shop duties and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
Qualifications
Hold a Clean Full Licence
Outstanding customer service skills
Exercises honesty and fairness in all areas
Excellent time management skills
Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved
Knowledge of timber and building products would be an advantage
Position details
This is a part-time permanent position working a minimum of 26 hours per week on a fixed roster, with potential to become a 40-hour role in the future.
Roster
Monday 09 : 30am – 06 : 00pm (30 minutes unpaid for meals)
Tuesday 06 : 45am – 01 : 15pm (30 minutes unpaid for meals)
Thursday 06 : 45am – 01 : 15pm (30 minutes unpaid for meals)
Friday 06 : 45am – 01 : 15pm (30 minutes unpaid for meals)
