Foreman Team Leader

About the Role : At Northpower, we’re looking for an experienced Foreman / Team Leader to take charge of field teams, guide safe and efficient work practices, and help deliver critical electrical infrastructure projects across our network. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident coordinating people, plant, and projects and isn’t afraid to get stuck in and provide hands-on support when needed. If you're passionate about safety, quality work, and helping your team succeed, then we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team in the field to complete jobs to spec
• Scoping and planning tasks, ensuring the right people, plant, and materials are in place
• Performing quality checks and compliance audits (WTC assessments, toolbox checks, reports)
• Making sure all gear and equipment is compliant and in top condition
• Supporting job pricing, resource assignment, and technical drawing interpretation
• Providing clear direction and communication to your team
• Coaching your team on performance, development, and safety
