About the Role

We have a great opportunity for an agile and pioneering Village Manager to lead our Bob Owens Retirement Village in Bethlehem, Tauranga! In this pivotal role, you'll lead the operations of our integrated village, encompassing independent living, serviced apartments and residential care, ensuring exceptional, compassionate care for all our residents.

About You

With a strong background in people management of large, multidisciplinary teams, you'll have proven experience in leading and developing engaged and motivated teams. You’ll naturally build meaningful relationships through your positivity and approachability, and you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Your high energy and resilience are matched by your excellent problem solving and communication skills,and you'll bring proven financial acumen to support sound decision-making and enhance village performance.
