Weekend Receptionist
We are an AWARD-WINNING family-owned and operated business celebrating our 50th anniversary this year. We represent some of the world’s biggest automotive brands. We’re famous for great customer service and have a lot of advocates. We are open 7 days a week and the weekends are a very popular time for our customers.
The Role :
The Receptionist's main purpose is to provide a welcoming face for the organisation and excellent customer service. This includes warmly and promptly greeting customers on arrival in the showroom and engaging in conversation to ascertain which staff member to direct them to. Answering incoming phone calls and distributing or taking messages as appropriate. Along with some basic administration duties.
Hours would be : Saturdays 8.30am to 4.30pm and Sundays 9.30am to 4.30pm. There would be a possibility of covering for the weekday Receptionist if this suited the successful applicant.
To be successful in this role you will have to following attributes :
You will need to be an NZ Resident or have the appropriate NZ work visa.
