THE ROLE

This is more than just your production role. You will be the go-to person for all aspects of the day-to-day functioning of the site. Reporting into the Manufacturing Manager, you have a critical role in the success of the operational teams, quality of product, process improvements, H&S to name a few.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE / BE :

• Min. 4 yrs in food processing production leadership role
• Solutions driven, natural people leader
• Proficient in staff scheduling, training & development
• Sound knowledge of H&S, HACCP & quality regulations
• Inter-departmental comms : engineering, production, procurement
• Experienced in analyzing production data, forecasting, KPIS
• Proven wins in delivering on targets
• Good understanding of manufacturing engineering
• Adept at identifying areas for Continual Improvements
• NZ Resident / Citizen / Open Work Visa
