About The Role

We are on the hunt for our next Team Leader who will lead and supervise Checkpoint operations. Oversee log processing, manage small teams, and maintain compliance with Qube procedures. We’re looking for an enthusiastic leader with a “lead from the front” approach. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential—full training and ongoing development provided.

The Checkpoint is the first point of call for all log trucks arriving at the port. Each log is ticketed and documented here to ensure accurate tracking before it makes its way overseas. It’s a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment.

Location : Napier Port

Status : Full‑time, Mon‑Fri with flexibility required
