Job Scope :

• Responsible for the overall project management, planning, design and execution.
• Administer all site works, including costing, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.
• Coordinate with contractors and other trades to ensure workmanship, timelines, technical and safety aspect are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements
• Preparation of tender / quotation / drawings document
• Check and analyses drawing, authority requirements and tender specifications
• Liaise with client with regards to the project and follow up on new projects.
