About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused B2B Sales Representative to expand our business-to-business relationships and drive sales growth across the commercial fitness market. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales ability with a genuine passion for fitness and the capability to communicate technical product details clearly to business clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an industry sales representative, catering to business clients and institutional customers (gyms, schools, DHBs, and corporates);
- Manage and coordinate the sales process from initial contact to order completion, ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively generating leads and building long-term partnerships;
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, explaining equipment features and benefits in an engaging and professional manner;
- Maintain close relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable fitness solutions;
- Collaborate with the internal sales and logistics teams to meet sales targets and deliver consistent service excellence;
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
Skills & Experience
At least 4 years of experience in brand sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, account management, or operational support;Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and deliver effective sales results;Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills;Quick to learn product features and confident in presenting solutions to clients in a clear, professional manner;Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork;A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or sports management is preferred but not essential;Police clearance and pre-employment medical checks will be required.
