Job description
What you’ll do :
Administration of all regular and recurring resource processes in the Enterprise Delivery practice including :
Onboarding, offboarding and change : security requests, building access, arranging workstation, laptops, telephony, remote assistance etc
Leading a weekly resource meeting with the team and following up completion of Action items following the meeting.
Coordinate recruitment activities including raising job requisitions on PageUp; screening applicant resumes and recommending candidate shortlists; schedule interviews as required
Contract, timesheet and chargeback administration
Ensure People Metrics data is kept correct and up to date :
Maintaining Project and Organisational charts and resource master data
Ensuring Suncorp Intranet directory, SharePoint Directories and our People Portal are current and up to date, making changes as and when required
Other administrative tasks as required
What you’ll bring :
3+ years’ administration support / HR experience within a busy corporate environment is essential
Experience with recruitment coordination; evaluation of resumes and screening candidates for shortlist for the hiring manager
Experience with onboarding / offboarding processes, and process improvement is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of the Financial Services industry would be highly regarded
Strong organisational, planning and administrative skills, the ability to show initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
Intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills, strong Excel skills essential; PPM knowledge desirable
