Job description

What you’ll do :

  • Administration of all regular and recurring resource processes in the Enterprise Delivery practice including :
  • Onboarding, offboarding and change : security requests, building access, arranging workstation, laptops, telephony, remote assistance etc
  • Leading a weekly resource meeting with the team and following up completion of Action items following the meeting.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including raising job requisitions on PageUp; screening applicant resumes and recommending candidate shortlists; schedule interviews as required
  • Contract, timesheet and chargeback administration
  • Ensure People Metrics data is kept correct and up to date :
  • Maintaining Project and Organisational charts and resource master data
  • Ensuring Suncorp Intranet directory, SharePoint Directories and our People Portal are current and up to date, making changes as and when required
  • Other administrative tasks as required

What you’ll bring :

  • 3+ years’ administration support / HR experience within a busy corporate environment is essential
  • Experience with recruitment coordination; evaluation of resumes and screening candidates for shortlist for the hiring manager
  • Experience with onboarding / offboarding processes, and process improvement is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry would be highly regarded
  • Strong organisational, planning and administrative skills, the ability to show initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills, strong Excel skills essential; PPM knowledge desirable
