And they need a rockstar Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join our thriving Hamilton team.In this senior role, you will : Lead exciting land development projects, delivering high quality surveying expertise.Help build our world-class survey team through coaching and mentoring.Work closely with our project managers to deliver survey inputs on-time and on-budget.Ensure surveying standards are met and continuously improved.Provide technical guidance to the team on field surveys, data analysis and reporting.To qualify, you need : 5+ years of post-licensing experience in land / engineering surveying.A relevant tertiary qualification (BSurv preferred).Excellent communication, reporting and mentoring abilities.A passion for collaborating with clients and colleagues.Ambition and drive to keep raising the bar.We are a values-driven firm, where integrity, trust and accountability matter.
