About The Role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Advisor for a fixed-term position to support the next phase of the capability development programme.
After the initial groundwork – mapping competencies across senior leadership, management and employee levels – the focus of this role is to build on that foundation by costing proposed initiatives, scheduling and coordinating their delivery, developing an implementation plan, and designing assessment tools and frameworks to measure effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Cost proposed learning and development initiatives.
Schedule and coordinate delivery of programmes.
Develop a clear implementation plan.
Design assessment tools and frameworks to measure effectiveness.
Ensure initiatives are practical, well-aligned and ready for execution.
About You / Qualifications
Experience delivering and evaluating L&D programmes aligned to business strategy.
Qualification in a related field.
Training content and facilitation skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office products.
Previous use of CRM & LMS systems.
Ability to engage an audience – a service-delivery mindset that drives uptake.
Fluent in Te reo Maori would be a big advantage.
