We have a great opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team!
Partnering with our ops teams, you'll be right in the thick of our business, working with our people on the ground and the leaders who make our business tick.
As the Senior HR Business Partner for our manufacturing portfolio, you'll be supported by an HR Advisor to make a real difference in the people space.
This role is fun and varied and no two days are the same!
You'll be working with our people and leaders on the frontline to ensure they have what they need in the people space to be successful and deliver.
As their trusted partner, you'll build strong relationships, hear them out on their challenges, and provide specialist support and guidance on policy, process and all things people.
Reporting to the Head of People & Capability, you'll be supported by a talented Safety, People & Culture team who are passionate about changing the game for our people and our leaders.
We're looking for someone who loves ops - you're comfortable wearing your high-vis, steel caps, and rolling up your sleeves to connect with our people and understand their day-to-day.

Key responsibilities of this role include.
Building strong relationships with business leaders including senior leaders and ELT to offer advice, support, and coaching on all people-related matters.
Providing HR specialist advice on all areas of the employee lifecycle including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, engagement, remuneration, employment relations and performance management.
Managing employment relations investigations, disciplinaries, mediations and settlements as and when they occur.
Actively supporting organisational development and learning and development initiatives within your portfolios by championing processes, changes, and driving high adoption and participation
Interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal consistency
Leading and supporting organisational change initiatives including restructures, culture transformation, and people change
Collaborating with subject-matter experts within the Safety, People and Culture team including remuneration, organisational development, talent acquisition, learning and development, Health & Safety, Data & Reporting etc.
Providing great people leadership to our HR Advisor, setting clear objectives, coaching and driving their development, and actively managing their performance.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes :

Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or related field (advantageous)
