What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a high standard of care to all our children and have a warm, caring and kind disposition. You will be an outstanding communicator, friendly, approachable and enjoy a challenge. A genuine passion and ability to respond to the development needs of our tamariki through planning and curriculum are ideal! An ECE or primary NZ qualification and a NZ teachers practising certificate is a must!

Our ideal candidate will have :

• Be a team player and contribute to a harmonious team environment
• Huge reserves of enthusiasm and energy
• Competency in planning, curriculum and regular and emergent reviews
• A personality that builds and develops strong relationships with staff and parents / whānau
• An ECE or primary teacher qualification and registration as an ECE teacher in New Zealand
• A nurturing, caring disposition, and passion for supporting young children to thrive
