- About the Team / Service / Location
- As Clinical Team Leader you are principally responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of mental health practitioners to deliver comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and their families or whanau.
Your duties include providing clinical leadership and supervision, ensuring adherence to best practices and evidence-based treatment, facilitating assessments and intervention planning, and overseeing service delivery to support the mental health and well-being of young people.

About youSuccessful candidates will be :Health practitioner with current APCs and scope of practice to enable working in mental health and addiction services (Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker);5+ years experience in community based mental health & / or addiction services with excellent child & adolescent specialty mental health knowledge and impeccable practice standards; Demonstrate a motivational leadership style and be able to build a cohesive team and facilitate service development;Ability to work under pressure, be a good team player, demonstrate leadership skills and positively contribute to service delivery;Adept at developing strong working relationships both within specialist Mental Health & Addiction Services as well as NGO and primary stakeholders;Excellent interpersonal skills is a must as well as a commitment to continuous learning, is innovative and whai ora / whanau focused.Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.We embrace a workforce that is diverse and inclusive so that we are better positioned to understand and service our community
