- About the Team / Service / Location
- You will be primarily accountable for : Supporting, directing and coaching Team Leaders / relevant staff as required / appropriate Monitoring of the services to ensure effective service delivery, which encompasses business planning,financial, human resource management and budget accountabilities Working in partnership with the Heads of Department and Professional leads of the relevantprofessions in promoting, facilitating and providing clinical governance to the team, to enhance best patient care outcomes and to ensure safe clinical practice standards are maintained.
