We're looking for enthusiastic cellar door hosts, who can bring their flair for hospitality to create engaging wine tasting & food experiences, for our guests this summer season in Blenheim, Marlborough for approx.

6 months.You will be great at : Showing your passion for excellent customer serviceConverting the guest's positive experience into wine sales and brand loyaltyEncouraging visitor loyalty and sign up to the wine clubSupporting private experience and VIP eventsExperience in hospitality, preferably in a tasting room and a restaurant environmentA sales-orientated mindset - able to convert positive experiences into sales of wines, food, and merchandiseEnthusiasm and be team-orientatedThe ability to work weekends and public holidaysEnglish is essential, an additional language is a plusWhat you can expect from usWe like to work hard, play hard – great team building opportunities and a positive, supportive team cultureFlexible and consistent hours, with limited evening workIn this role you will receive a comprehensive induction, including in-depth training on our wine range, brand and customer serviceA generous discount at our cellar doorRegular staff events and team experiencesA team uniform will be provided
