We're on the lookout for a motivated and experienced individual to step into the role of Second-In-Charge (2IC) in our Retail Showrooms team.

Reporting directly to the Retail Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the department—leading by example in customer service and team support.What You'll Be Responsible For Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customers remain our top priority.

Supporting a positive team culture and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with local installers to ensure trusted project outcomes and lasting partnerships.

Proven leadership and staff management experience.

Solid computer literacy.Essential Experience Previous retail sales experience is required.

Flooring product knowledge is essential.

Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position worked Sunday to Thursday, 8 : 00am – 4.30pm.
