About the Role

We\'re on the lookout for a passionate and customer-focused

ghdBeauty Advisor

to represent our premium hair styling brand within Farmers.

In this role, you\'ll deliver exceptional service, inspire customers with your expertise, and showcase the very best of ghd\'s innovative tools and products.

We currently have a permanent part time role available in each of the below locations.

Please note that availability to work late nights and weekends is a must!

Albany

Newmarket

Sylvia Park

Botany

Lambton Quay

Dunedin

Your Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver a memorable in-store experience.

Demonstrate and promote ghd\'s premium styling tools, inspiring customers with product knowledge and styling techniques.

Maintain high standards of presentation to ensure the counter reflects the quality of both ghd and Farmers.

Support sales by achieving personal targets, contributing to overall team performance, and tracking results.

Create engaging in-store experiences such as demonstrations and activations to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and sales.

About You

You\'re passionate about beauty, haircare, and styling, with a genuine interest in helping customers feel their best.

You\'re confident in sales, with experience in achieving targets, managing stock, and supporting business goals.

You excel at building connections through excellent communication and customer service skills.

You\'re flexible and available to work retail hours, including weekends and late nights.
