About you - To be successful in this role you will :
Hold strong appeal to those who enjoy the mix of being customer-facing as well as being process driven.
A high level of verbal and written communications skills and the ability to multi-task and be organised are critical attributes.
As technology is a vital component, a high level of computer literacy is required, ideally with a range of Microsoft applications.
Flexible mindset and a high level of confidence in driving and parking.
Previous experience of working within a diverse service delivery team, preferably within the health or community sector would be ideal.
Having experience in a similar role and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds will equip you well for this position.
About this role :
Support the team by providing confidential administrative support in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and general administrative duties.
Be responsible for looking after our fleet of vehicles FleetShare and FleetLocate, this will include regular driving so a full driver's licence is a must.
Provide exceptional professional and friendly customer service to our WellSouth Employees / Staff
Have a can-do attitude to be able to perform a range of HR Administrative tasks.
