- About the role :
- ## Europcar New Zealand are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated
- Defleet Assistant / Ready Return Officer
- to join our New Zealand team based in
- Christchurch Airport, NZ
- on a permanent
- full time basis.
- ## The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the defleet of sale vehicles and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.##
- Some of the key responsibilities include :
- ## Assist the Fleet Controller to defleet sale vehicles
- ## Assist with the coordination and control of sale vehicle freights between stations ensuring minimal costs and time efficiency
- ## Ensure the maximum return of sale vehicles to point of defleet
- ## Assist with the assignment of fleet to owning or defleet Region via applicable rentals
- ## Maintain stock levels for relevant winter equipment and support the installation / removal where required
- ## To greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey
- ## Ensure that the customers experience has been positive and provide a solution for any issues that have occurred##
- To be considered for this position you should possess :
- ## Experience working in a sales / retail environment
- ## Administration experience is highly advantageous
- ## Excellent attention to detail
- ## Strong customer service mindset
- ## Clear, confident communication skills
- ## Ability to work around a 7-day rotating shift roster
- ## Exceptional level of communication skills, both verbal and written
- ## Valid New Zealand driver’s license
- ## Current and ongoing New Zealand work rights##
