• About the role :
• ## Europcar New Zealand are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated
• Defleet Assistant / Ready Return Officer
• to join our New Zealand team based in
• Christchurch Airport, NZ
• on a permanent
• full time basis.
• ## The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the defleet of sale vehicles and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.##
• Some of the key responsibilities include :
• ## Assist the Fleet Controller to defleet sale vehicles
• ## Assist with the coordination and control of sale vehicle freights between stations ensuring minimal costs and time efficiency
• ## Ensure the maximum return of sale vehicles to point of defleet
• ## Assist with the assignment of fleet to owning or defleet Region via applicable rentals
• ## Maintain stock levels for relevant winter equipment and support the installation / removal where required
• ## To greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey
• ## Ensure that the customers experience has been positive and provide a solution for any issues that have occurred##
• To be considered for this position you should possess :
• ## Experience working in a sales / retail environment
• ## Administration experience is highly advantageous
• ## Excellent attention to detail
• ## Strong customer service mindset
• ## Clear, confident communication skills
• ## Ability to work around a 7-day rotating shift roster
• ## Exceptional level of communication skills, both verbal and written
• ## Valid New Zealand driver’s license
• ## Current and ongoing New Zealand work rights##
