We're excited to offer a 10-month Fixed Term Contract within our People Experience (PX) team!
This role, known internally as
People Experience Coordinator
, will see you working alongside another Coordinator to support our organisation of 1,400+ people.
You'll report to the PX Advisory Lead and join a team of nine, including Advisors and another Advisory Lead - giving you plenty of development opportunities and a strong pathway for future progression.
As a PX Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our PX team, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders.
You'll be the go-to person for general HR enquiries and administrative tasks, while also driving improvements through continuous improvement, technology enablement and process optimisation.
We are looking for someone who can be front-facing with HR queries and letter writing, as well help the team with continuous process improvement and smarter ways of using technology.

This position offers flexibility to be based in
Hamilton, Tauranga, or Auckland
, with the option to work from home approximately two days per week.
The rest of your time will be spent collaborating with the wider team.

Responsibilities
Manage and triage the PX HR inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses and escalation where needed.
Coordinate employee lifecycle activities (movements, exits) and maintain accurate employee records.
Use AI and automation tools to simplify workflows, create efficiencies, and enhance data integrity.
Support PX Leads, Business Partners and PX Advisors with reporting, documentation, and case tracking.
Maintain PX systems, templates, and process documentation to ensure consistency and accessibility.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance leader and employee experience.
Provide administrative support for PX projects, engagement initiatives, and cyclical processes (e.g., remuneration, engagement surveys).
Qualifications and Benefits
Previous HR administration experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably within a large organisation.
Well demonstrated organisational skills and problem-solving ability.
Strong numerical skills and advanced Excel user.
Experience using Jira, Confluence and Lucid will be a strong advantage.
