We're currently looking for a Landside Coordinator on an 18 month fixed term contract to play a pivotal role in orchestrating supply chain solutions and delivering top-notch customer service. This position is your gateway to being at the heart of NPDL's operations, ensuring the efficient handling of import and export landside services, complete with customs clearances and transportation solutions for our valued shippers and importers.

Job Description

In this multifaceted role, you'll be the backbone of our import and export Less than Container Load (LCL) services, overseeing data entry, invoicing, and cartage, all while nurturing enduring customer and supplier relationships. Your responsibilities will encompass the coordination of sea and airfreight, warehousing, trucking, and more, all while extending support to third-party providers in facilitating Customs clearances for import, export, and trans-shipment. Here’s what you’ll bring to the table :

Training will be provided for someone with a “can do” attitude, a strong work ethic and an appetite for success. This is a fixed-term position based in our Parnell office. All applicants must have the right to live and work in New Zealand at the time of applying. The successful candidate may be subject to undergo a Police Check and / or Pre-Employment Drug Test.
