The Role :

• Support day-to-day retail operations and team management
• Maintain high in-store visual merchandising and operational standards
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential
• Ensure health safety compliance and smooth store operations
• Assist with financial performance, reporting, and wage budgets
• Help manage inventory, rostering, and overall store performance About You :
• Proven experience in retail management or leadership roles

• Strong communicator, both verbal and written, across all levels
