Customer Service Technician (Multifunctional Photocopiers & Printers) Auckland

Job Description Responsibilities include : Installing, configuring, and maintaining multifunctional photocopiers and printers at client sites.

Diagnosing hardware and software issues and providing timely and effective technical solutions.

Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.

Responding promptly to service requests and troubleshooting any technical problems that arise.

Delivering high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues when necessary.

Desired Skills and Experience Other requirements : Must have the right to work in New Zealand (Permanent resident or Citizen of New Zealand / Australia).

Must hold an Electrical Appliance Serviceperson Practising Licence from EWRB.

Proven experience in servicing and repairing multifunctional photocopiers and printers.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with office equipment.

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to photocopiers and printers.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance.

Capability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field service role.
