We're on the lookout for a Inwards Goods Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help drive our warehousing and logistics operations to the next level.FREE secure, onsite carparkingFREE product each weekWork for a leading FMCG brandThis position is Fixed Term for 21 months.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the daily operations of inwards goods and stock controlEnsuring full compliance with MPI, RMP, health & safety, and quality requirementsLeading business and process improvements, contributing your own ideas and helping implement new onesManaging documentation, inventory accuracy, and electronic stock recordsTraining and developing your team to meet and exceed high standardsQualifications3–4 years\' leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or factory environmentProven ability to motivate, engage, and lead teamsStrong understanding of inwards / outwards goods processesKnowledge of MPI, RMP, HACCP, and health & safety requirementsGreat problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindsetSound computer skills and ERP system experienceA forklift licenceAt Hellers, we take pride in our people and our products.
