Determine objectives and constraints of design briefs by consulting with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct research and analyze communication requirements for effective visual solutions.
Formulate and present design concepts through sketches, layouts, and prototypes.
Negotiate and finalize design solutions with management, sales, and production staff.
Select and recommend materials and media for publication, delivery, or display.
Document detailed design specifications and supervise production processes.
Archive design information for future company and client use.
Develop engaging web and digital content using images, icons, banners, multimedia, and text.
Enhance site navigation and user experience by optimizing content categorization and layout.
Maintain and update the website's look and feel to ensure brand consistency and market appeal.
Translate content and marketing materials between Korean and English if it is required
Specialized Responsibilities
Create localized digital marketing content targeting the Korean market, including social media campaigns (Instagram, KakaoTalk, Naver, etc.).
Manage end-to-end product design projects, from concept to production and market release, with proven product launch experience.
Oversee print and packaging design, applying practical knowledge of packaging production processes and machinery to ensure accurate output.
Adapt creative strategies to align with Korean consumer trends in health food and K-Beauty industries.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital design role, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries.
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Practical knowledge of print and packaging production processes, including machine-based packaging systems.
Proven experience in social media marketing targeted at the Korean market, with strong understanding of local platforms and consumer behaviors.
Hands-on experience in designing and releasing products to market, with end-to-end project management skills.
Strong creativity, cultural awareness, and ability to deliver engaging visuals tailored to Korean consumers.
