Graphic & Motion Designer

We are seeking a talented individual to join this vibrant, creative team in Auckland.This is a key senior-level role with a primary focus on developing impactful designs for external promotional campaigns, including advertising and point-of-sale materials.

You will be instrumental in producing animated content for digital signage, social media, and HTML5 banners, as well as supporting TVC content when needed.

The role also involves creating banners for owned digital channels and corporate support materials.You will be responsible for taking projects from brief to finished art, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes while adhering to brand guidelines.

We are looking for someone who can lead allocated projects, manage multiple deadlines, and consistently maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

Collaboration and mentoring junior designers are also important aspects of this role.Key Responsibilities : Develop and create designs for external promotional campaigns (print and animated)Produce animated content, including digital signage, social, and HTML5 bannersSupport the Motions Director with TVC content as neededCreate banners for owned digital channels (website, app, eDMs)Produce corporate support material (reports, presentations, internal documents)Manage projects from brief to finished art within deadlinesUtilise and follow brand guidelines for all collateralEnsure designs deliver targeted messages and achieve strong customer engagementBuild and produce high-quality final art / animationLead allocated projects and manage multiple deadlinesMaintain consistent attention to detail and accuracyCollaborate and mentor other designersSkills and Experience : Excellent experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Cinema 4D is essentialAdvanced understanding of print / animation best practices and the design processInnovative and creative approach to design workStrong oral and written communication skillsComfortable in multi-tasking multiple projectsAbility to use innovative thinking to offer creative solutionsDetail-orientedA minimum of 8-10 years of previous working experienceHighly skilled in print and animation designTertiary Qualification – either a diploma in Design and Digital Media or a Bachelor's degree in DesignIf you would love to join a company that is for the community, and lock in a 12 month term contract – apply now.
