The Service offers assessment andrehabilitation services to defendant - s charged with criminal offences andoffenders who have psychiatric illness.

We are based in Porirua, Wellington.

Thisincludes being able to demonstrate knowledge and judgement and beingaccountable for their own actions and decisions, while promoting an environmentthat maximises patients - safety, independence, quality of life and health.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate interpersonal andtherapeutic communication with clients, other nursing staff andinter-professional communication and documentation.

A big part of this role isclient assessment and managing client care, which is responsive to clients -needs, and which is supported by nursing knowledge and evidence-based research.You must have
