    About our Opportunity

    An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Global Brands Team to provide proactive and professional service and support as a first point of contact for all customer enquiries. Working in close collaboration with the Corporate Brands Business Manager and Group Supply Chain teams, you will deliver on our customer service priorities and business objectives to service the NZ Corporate Brands portfolio.

    Key responsibilities include :

  • Liaising with customers to identify requirements, including stock for promotions and new product launches
  • Frequently monitoring stock projection reports (PSIR) to identify various scenarios and taking action to rectify through forecasting activity
  • Liaising with Group Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
  • Tracking container shipments and communicating / coordinating internal and external stakeholders when container arrival and devanning needs to be prioritised to ensure timely delivery of stock to customer
  • Support the Corporate Brands Business Manager by attending regular customer meetings (WIPs), providing the necessary supporting analysis and inventory reporting, as required.
  • Provide excellent levels of customer service to new and existing NZ Sales Accounts and develop significant relationships with key customers
  • Supporting the new item set-up and product development enquiry process, including samples management managing artwork transition, mock-ups and concepts
  • Coordinate internal admin process, including mail, intranet updates, product / price deviations and Managed Account calendar management
  • Providing backup coverage for Detpak and PaperPak Customer Service
  • Develop ad hoc reports for customers as required
  • Provide the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • You will demonstrate :

  • Previous experience in a similar role delivering an exceptional level of service to high-profile customers, within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate large sets of inventory data and strong Excel skills
  • Highly developed problem-solving and root cause analysis skills to identify source of issue
  • Ability to work steadily under pressure and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to pick-up and navigate multiple, bespoke IT systems
  • High level communication skills and ability to establish credible relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proactive in approach, setting the standard for others
  • Strong personal accountability matched with ability to integrate within team focused environment
  • An ability to maintain focus when managing competing demands
  • Strong commitment to the provision of service excellence
