Global Product Manager (12 Month Maternity Cover)

At Mons Royale, we believe action and adventure sports can be a force for good but most of the gear made for these sports is trashing the planet. That’s why we’re on a mission to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibres designing high-performance merino apparel that doesn’t mess up the places we love to play.

Mons Royale is looking for a Head of Product Management to join us for a 12-month maternity cover. Working closely with the Product Director, you’ll play a key role in executing our global product strategy delivering world class products that grow the brand and exceed rider expectations.

What you’ll do :

• Partner with the Product Director to execute the global product strategy across all categories.
• Use consumer insights and market data to shape product direction and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with design to ensure the brand vision is delivered in every collection.
• Deliver seasonal product plans and drop calendars that align with marketing campaigns.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems to support smooth product life cycle management.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and supply chain to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
• Own pricing architecture and margin goals, ensuring sales, inventory and profitability targets are met.
