We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scaffolder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to take on responsibility in scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling.

Key Responsibilities

As a Scaffolder, you will :

Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures on residential, commercial, and industrial sites

Measure, cut, and position tubes, boards, and fittings to build secure platforms

Install guard rails, toe boards, and access systems in line with site requirements

Inspect scaffolds to identify hazards, defects, or required repairs

Operate scaffolding tools, lifting gear, and equipment safely and responsibly

Work effectively with site managers, trades, and labourers to meet project deadlines

Maintain a clean and tidy work area and ensure gear is stored securely at the end of each day

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ scaffolding experience (residential, commercial, or industrial)

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights

Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team

Practical, safety-focused mindset with attention to detail

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate : $27.00 – $32.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Full-time permanent role with 40 guaranteed hours per week
