This is a career‑defining leadership role for an accomplished technology executive who wants to materially shape the business’ digital transformation, AI‑enabled innovation, and best‑in‑class data governance, while operating in a highly regulated environment.

Reporting directly to the CEO and based in Auckland (with some travel), you will have full accountability for all IT systems, cybersecurity, data & AI strategy across the group.

The Opportunity

• Design and deliver a multi‑year technology roadmap that directly accelerates service delivery, improves customer recruitment / retention, and drives competitive advantage.
• Lead the group‑wide digital transformation programme.
• Own enterprise cybersecurity, information security and regulatory.
• Build and lead a high‑performing technology team while fostering a culture of innovation, agility and excellence.
• Partner with the CEO and ELT on M&A technology, due diligence, and post‑acquisition integration as the group continues its expansion.
• Champion the use of advanced analytics, predictive modelling and generative AI to create measurable improvements in business performance and scaling.
