Their ambition is to become a leading independent power producer, building a portfolio of sustainable assets that contribute meaningfully to the global energy transition.The Person : Degree-qualified in engineering (or equivalent professional experience), with a minimum of 8 years in construction project management, including at least 5 years in utility-scale wind and / or solar.Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar EPC / OEM contracts and global procurement activities.Strong technical and commercial knowledge, with proficiency in MS Project and related project management tools.Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages desirable); willingness to travel internationally.Key Responsibilities : Gain approval for construction strategies, resources, and governance.Lead procurement, tendering, negotiation, and management of major contracts.Drive compliance with HSE and quality standards.Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and overall delivery performance.Act as Project Director where required, representing projects at senior forums.Provide technical and financial input during project development.Coordinate across procurement, legal, finance, and operations for seamless execution and handover.Oversee site activities, contractor performance, and resolve disputes.Recruit, mentor, and develop future construction team members.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing international renewables business, with excellent scope for career progression and long-term development.Please apply with your CV and availability for a call to
