Qualifications & experience

Tractor Experience.

Baby leaf salad Experience preferred but training provided.

Vegetable or row crop experience.

Coordinating our daily harvests and harvest crews.

Managing and Building Harvest teams.

Tasks & responsibilities

Monday - Friday

Machine Harvest operator, Operating Tractor and mechanical Harvester to Harvest Baby Leaf Salad crops.

Organise a team of workers, prepare your day and week, and report to the Farm manager.

Understand and be willing to learn product specifications and all QA for harvesting procedures.

Lead and work with a positive harvest crew.

Have Machinery Experience.

All year Employment.
