We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager with experience in label printing to join our high-performing Sales team.

In This Exciting And Varied Role, You Will
Cultivate and grow relationships with all clients to improve the position of MCC within those accounts and ensure MCC is seen as a business partner of choice.
This includes a mix of existing top corporate accounts in the beverage market, along with a mix of smaller accounts.
Drive for results by proactively prospecting for new customers while maintaining your sales pipeline through Salesforce.
Maintain margin levels as per MCC's sales strategy.
Develop plans and strategies to achieve targets and objectives, including tracking and reporting of sales metrics and performance targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers, and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and cost improvements.
Stay updated on industry developments, best practices and monitor market trends.
About You
Account Management experience within the manufacturing industry.
Previous experience in printing, packaging or label manufacturing is essential.
Experience in the wine market would be highly desired.
You have enthusiasm for your work and bring energy and professionalism to the team.
Passionate about customer service with a strong drive for results.
Experience with CRM tools.
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and time management; flexible and adaptable to changing workload.
Must have a valid driver's license.
