Are you a strategic leader who loves seeing real change land on the ground and not just on a slide deck?
We’re looking for a Senior Change & Capability Manager to lead transformation across Gilmours Wholesale, helping our people and stores thrive as we build the next generation of Gilmours (our Gilmours 3.0 journey).
This is a rare opportunity to be both hands‑on and strategic — driving change across major initiatives, while designing the learning experiences and capability frameworks that help our B2B workforce grow, adapt, and succeed.
As part of our Wholesale Customer & Transformation team, you’ll sit at the heart of where people, process, and purpose meet — shaping how change comes to life across our stores and support centre.
