We operate two busy bakeries in Ngongotahā, Rotorua, and are looking for two reliable Pastrycooks to join our team. The role involves preparing quality baked products while maintaining good hygiene practices and meeting our shop standards.
These are full-time, permanent positions with guaranteed minimum hours of 30 per week, up to a maximum of 40 hours. Shifts will be scheduled between 4 : 30am and 5 : 00pm, Monday to Sunday. Weekend work will be required to support our daily business operations.
Tasks and responsibilities :
consistency of ingredients in line with production requirements
ensuring compliance with food safety and occupational health and safety standards
baked goods
production
batches to ensure optimal quality and timing
and other toppings
dough and biscuits
storage of all tools and materials at the end of each shift
Qualification / Work experience :
baker / pastrycook / baker assistant, but we also consider applicant with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or
The pay would be from $25 / per hour to $35 / per hour depending on your skill level
and work experience.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean criminal
record.
