Located in a beautiful location in the Canterbury region, Fable Terrace Downs Resort has been nominated for various prestigious hospitality awards.

The resort features a championship-style golf course and is a destination venue for weddings and conference events.

This position is in Windwhistle, Canterbury, a 1 hour drive from Christchurch.

You will need your own transportation due to the remote location.

We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to high guest satisfaction.

You will build genuine connections with guests, promote products and services, and maintain immaculate personal presentation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide professional greetings and premium-standard table service.

Deliver excellent guest experiences and promote food & beverage offerings.

Multi-task effectively and carry multiple plates at once.

Maintain a high level of personal presentation and service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.

The ability to professionally greet and serve guests and provide premium service.

The ability to multi-task and work efficiently and accurately at all times.

Flexible to work rostered shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Bartending and barista skills are advantageous.

A valid LCQ or Manager's Certificate is a plus.

New Zealand Citizenship, permanent residency or a current valid work visa is essential.
